Clear a Blocked Sink Drain

When clearing a drain, it is always good to try to use a plunger for the first attempt. With a bathroom type sink, we can start by placing a wet rag in the over flow to help create a suction when using the plunger. Use safety glass when doing this to prevent splashing into the eyes. Place the plunger over the drain, and with an up and down motion to push at the blockage and clear the drain.
